πŸ”₯ 5% Lower Profit Share in Year 2021 for Zeus EA πŸ”₯

10 min read

Dear Traders,

are you looking to start the new 2021 year with good vibes?

Zeus EA might have the solution. From January 2021 onward, traders will pay 5% less in profit share costs than now.

You will now only pay 20-25% of the profits rather than 25-30%. With 10,000 capital, that could save you more than 400 euro in a year.Β

What Are the New Profit Share Levels for Zeus EA?

Besides the 5% reduction in profit share costs, we also simplified the profit share table.

There are now just two main groups depending on the net deposits:

  • Above €5,000: pay only 20% in profit share
  • (-5% / used to be 25% in the past)
  • Below €5,000: pay only 25% in profit share
  • (-5% / used to be 30% in the past)

Why are we lowering our own costs?

  • Because our main goal is to provide tools and methods to our audience. Lowering your costs offers you more options.Β
  • This makes it easier for you to create a portfolio of EAs and diversify your risk.Β

Win-win for all.

How Much Profit Do I Pay and When?

The profit share program is the best way to trade an EA without any upfront costs. It allows you to use the capital for the trading itself, rather than spending part of it on the rental cost.

The profit share module is substantially different when compared to the rental version. Here is an overview:

  • No upfront payment or rental fee is required to start
  • Traders share max 20-25% of their monthly profits
    • New lower percentages are valid from 2021 onward
    • Nothing is shared if there is no profit at the end of the month
    • The above percentages indicate the percent of the profit that goes to the EA creators where you, the investor, keep the rest. So with a 20% profit share, the EA creators get 20% and you get the remainder of the 80% profit.
  • The profit share module works with high-water markΒ
    • (only profit is shared above the highest peak in value that an investment fund or account has reached)
    • The high-water mark is calculated based on both open and closed trades at the end of the month. This is fair for all parties because there are many EAs that close trades for profit but purposely keep losses open.Β

The minimum capital is €1,500 and the recommended capital is €2,500.Β

Zeus EA Live Trading Performance

The main benefit of the Zeus EA is its steady and consistent equity curve. The EA shows similar positive results month after month. This is valid for all 4 of our live trading accounts with 1 year and 9 months of live trading and our 4.5 years of back-testing.

With 0 losing months, draw-downs only impact intra-month performance. And if you look at the equity curve itself, draw-downs in general are not that common.Β

This EA is suitable for traders seeking stable and consistent gains without too many ups and downs.

We are currently trading 4 accounts:

Plus we also completed 4,5 years of back-testing on the EUR/USD 5 minute chart. Which is a massive amount of data for such a low time frame.

FAQ on Zeus EA

Fully automated EA

The Zeus EA is a fully automated trading system. This includes entries, trade management, and exits. No action is needed by the account holder. Literally all required actions are completed by the Expert Advisor (EA) on the MetaTrader 4 (MT4) platform.

Trading EUR/USD only

The trading system is trading on the EUR/USD only. It uses the 5 minute time frame for an intensive scalping approach.Β

This means that the EA enters and exits many trades. In fact, there are about 250 setups on average per month.

The Zeus EA does not use a stop loss. The risk management is done via placing take profits nearby, hedging, closing trades via active trade management, and entering shorts and longs consistently.Β

VPS not required

You might wonder if you need to keep your pc running or use a VPS (server)? No, you do not. Even the actual running of the EA is done by us. We take care of all the accounts via a PAMM method (percentage allocation money management) with our partner broker Key to Markets

Zeus EA Strategy Explained

The Zeus EA is based on mathematical formulas for entering and exiting. The EA makes a calculation when to open the next trade and automatically moves the profit in order to close the entire series of traders in positive territory.Β

The Zeus EA also uses a few technical indicators within its trading system such as for instance the RSI (relative strength index). These are used for understanding where the chart could expect a U-turn.Β
