Ultima EA Opens Doors for Profit Share Module with 5% and 3% Risk

8 min read

Dear Traders,

were you thinking about trading the Ultima EA but unsure because of the upfront rental costs?

The Ultima EA from Mislav Nikolic and Chris Svorcik is now again available via the profit share module, which means no upfront costs are paid. Also, traders can now vary their risk by choosing both 3% risk and 5% risk per setup.

This article explains all of the details regarding the newest Ultima EA updates for the profit share options.

Profit Share Module Open & 3% Risk Option

For the first time ever, both the rental version and the profit share version are available at the same time. This ensures that traders have full flexibility to choose their best approach.

Traders can choose and combine as they wish. You do not need to commit to any of the 3 options, but in fact can use 2 or all 3 variations:

  • Profit share module with 5% risk (€3,000 minimum / no maximum)
  • Profit share module with 3% risk (€10,000 minimum / no maximum)
  • Rental version (no minimum / €15,000 maximum)

Here is a full overview:

Product Pricing
Profit share 5% risk per setup with €3,000 – €10,000 (*) 30% profit share (no upfront costs)
Profit share 5% risk per setup with €10,000+  25% profit share (no upfront costs)
Profit share 3% risk per setup with €10,000+ 30% profit share (no upfront costs)
Rental 6 months  €1399 (€233 per month)
Rental 12 months  €2099 total (€183 average / month)

(*) 1k is valid as minimum deposit till 21 October 2020

What is Better for You, Rental or Profit Share?

When comparing 30% profit share with 6 months rental using 5% risk:

  • Profit share is the best option for traders using €3,000 euro or less.
  • Rental becomes cheaper for traders who trade with more than €3,000.
  • Keep in mind that €15,000 is the maximum.

When comparing 30% profit share with 12 months rental using 5% risk:

  • Profit share is the best option for traders using €2,000 euro or less.
  • Rental becomes cheaper for traders who trade with more than €2,000.
  • Keep in mind that €15,000 is the maximum.

When comparing 30% profit share with 6 or 12 month rental using 3% risk:

  • Rental is always cheaper than profit share
  • But profit share has no upfront costs

All in all, we think that this outline makes the most sense:

  • €1,000 – €3,000 → profit share 5% (*available till 21 October 2020)
  • €3,000 – €15,000 → rental 12 months (max 15k)
  • €15,000 – €20,000 → rental 12 months (max 15k) and profit share 5%
  • €20,000 – €25,000 → rental 12 months (max 15k) and profit share 3%
  • €25,000 + → rental 12 months (max 15k) and profit share 3%+5%

Importance of VPS

Having a VPS is a useful ally when trading the financial markets. Traders could of course opt to let the EA run on their MT4 and PC for 24 hours and 5 days with the Forex market or 24 hours and 7 days for the cryptocurrency market, but it will drain your PC’s resources. A VPS offers a piece of mind. Traders do not need to worry about MT4 crashing and the EA not responding. We therefore recommend using a VPS and we will soon offer a VPS guide on the ECS website with detailed information about this choice.

Looking for more diversification?

You might be interested in trading the Rush EA. It offers an even higher profit potential but with more consistency (and more potential draw-down too though).

The Rush EA has been back-tested on the EUR/USD 5 min chart using both 3% risk and 5% risk per setup. The total length of the testing was 1.5 years from January 2019  to June 2020. This is a very lengthy test for a low time frame. In fact, the total testing was done on more than +/- 110,000 candles.

The back-testing was completed with the highest MT4 standards possible, including 99.9% modelling accuracy using Dukascopy and Tick Data Suite and updates with every tick. The back-testing results have been uploaded to our myfxbook account where all statistics can be reviewed.

Results 5% risk per setup

The Rush EA minimum capital will remain €1,000.

Wish you good trading!
