Dash partners with KRIP Mobiles to help Latin Americans

Dash is an open source peer to peer cryptocurrency which was the first decentralised autonomous organisation. It was formerly known as Darkcoin and XCoin. It helps in instant transactions and private transactions.
It has partnered up with Krip mobile phones, which are known to be the first smartphone preloaded with Free cryptocurrency and a crypto friendly digital wallet. It also includes applications such as Bitrefill which helps spend the cryptocurrency. The Krip mobile phone is affordable too, at a price of under $100.
Dash will help establish it’s ecosystem preloaded into Krip’s cryptocurrency themed mobile phone. The news was announced at the Dash Caracas conference in Venezuela.
The head of global business development, Bradley Zastrow at Dash Core Group, spoke about cryptocurrencies.
“…cryptocurrencies have the potential to affect real change, especially for people experiencing hyperinflation where cryptocurrency is less volatile.”
Zastrow also spoke about Krip’s characteristics-
“What makes the KRIP phone so unique, beyond being a great smartphone at a good price, is that it makes this user experience a central part of using a cell phone. The critical element to moving to mainstream is the need for removing the friction that exists today with the cryptocurrency experience. We’re doing that with the KRIP phones.”
Latin Americans tend to waste a lot of money and time on fiat currency transfers, and thus cryptocurrency makes it more convenient.
Krip’s co-founder, Luis Sosa spoke about Krip’s partnership with Dash-
“We are seeing an incredible transition period in Latin America with those who are unbanked, underbanked, or simply do not want to use the traditional banking system. Combining our accessible, affordable phones with Dash’s InstandSend transaction capabilities and low fees will provide a myriad of benefits to these communities.”
It looks like Latin Americans are already lining up to buy Dash. The response of the partnership with Krip being a hit for Dash was tweeted by ‘SimpleSwap’.
