ECS on Your Phone

Open your portfolio in one tap and turn on alerts. Add the ECS Account Area to your phone’s home screen and it opens like an app. There is nothing to download from the App Store or Google Play, and it takes about 30 seconds.

Below are the exact steps for iPhone and Android, with screenshots, and how to turn on notifications so you know the moment your money moves.

  • Open in one tap. Go straight to your portfolio. No address to type.
  • Stay signed in. ECS remembers you for weeks, so you skip the login.
  • Catch alerts fast. Deposits, withdrawals, fees and new reports, the moment they land.

iPhone: turn on notifications

On iPhone, notifications only work in the ECS app on your home screen, not in a Safari tab. Add ECS to your home screen first (above), then:

1. Open ECS from the home screen icon and sign in

The first time you sign in, ECS shows Turn on alerts with the kinds of updates you will get.

2. Tap Turn on alerts

Deposits, withdrawals and fees, new reports and messages, and important account notices. Nothing else.

1. Tap the three dots menu

Open my.elitecurrensea.com in Chrome and tap ⋮ at the top right, next to the tab count.

FAQ

Is this a real app? Do I need the App Store or Google Play?
It is the ECS Account Area saved to your home screen as a web app. It opens full screen like an app, keeps you signed in and can send notifications. There is nothing to download from the App Store or Google Play.
Why are notifications not working on my iPhone?
On iPhone, notifications only work when you open ECS from its home screen icon, not from a Safari tab. Make sure Open as Web App was switched on when you added it, and that Allow Notifications is on for ECS in the iPhone Settings app. You need iOS 16.4 or later.
Can I turn notifications off later?
Yes, any time. In ECS go to Settings, then Notifications, or switch them off for ECS in your phone settings.
Do I have to sign in every time?
No. Sign in once from the home screen icon and ECS keeps you signed in for about 30 days. Signing in is quickest with a password, which you can set in Settings in under a minute.
What notifications will I get?
Cash moving in or out of your wallet and any fees applied, new reports and messages from us, and important sign-in and account notices. We keep it to what matters.
I removed the icon. How do I get it back?
Open my.elitecurrensea.com in Safari (iPhone) or Chrome (Android) and repeat the steps above. Your account and settings stay exactly as they were.
